We do not pretend to know the entire Research Triangle real estate market and you would be unwise to believe someone who says that they do. There are so many significant variations and nuances that it is unlikely one person could know our area as well as the Wake County (Raleigh, Cary etc.) market. When we show you properties, we feel that we can intelligently answer your questions.

We typically act as Buyer Agents for our clients looking to purchase property. Simply put, that means we represent you and your interests instead of the Seller. Our fiduciary obligation is to you, and we take that very seriously. It doesn’t cost you any more to have an agent working for you.
