as a student, later as a parent and restaurateur and now, for the last eight

culmination of my experience in the hospitality service industry, a family
background in residential construction and a graduate degree in

Operating the Pyewacket Restaurant on West Franklin Street of Chapel Hill
for many years taught me the importance of focused listening, full service,

as the experience to problem solve and get things done.
